1. YÖS 1981-2004 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (370 pages):

This book contains only original YÖS Questions and Answers. Studying this book, the students will become familiar not only with the subject, but also with the style of questions when taking the exam.

 

2. YÖS MATHEMATICS 1981-2003 (370-pages):This book contains YÖS Mathematics Questions-Solutions, Sample Tests-Solutions and questions and answers are delivered chapter by chapter. If you study this book step by step you will be able to do all mathematics questions

 

3. YÖS IQ QUESTIONS BANK- (THE BASIC LEARNING

SKILLS  TEST (360 pages): This book includes 52 YÖS - IQ Trial    Exams, which has 2100 original    Questions, also containing 1990-2003 YÖS Questions. IQ is the fundamental of YÖS Examinations. The style of questions have changed very little, year by year .The fifty percent (50 %) of YÖS Questions are Intelligent Questions which are the key to the students success.

 

4.   YÖS TRIAL EXAMINATIONS (380 Pages): This model exams book is prepared like YÖS examinations. It contains 24 Model Examinations, including 80 Questions, all subjects of IQ, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Geography (11 Original-well prepared Exams and 13 YÖS (1990-2003) Exams). If students solve these model tests before the examination, they will find their mistakes and lacking subjects. During their practice, the student will come familiar to a variety of solutions methods, choosing the quickest methods of handling with the examinations.

YÖS-Exam  Conditions of Application

This examination, referred to as YÖS, has been designed for foreign students wishing to study in Higher Education Institutions in Turkey and on the results of this examination they can apply to Turkish Institutions of Higher Education. This examination is prepared and administered by the Student Selection and Placement Centre (ÖSYM).

Applicants must hold the nationality of a country other than the Republic of Turkey or The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Applications will not be accepted from persons with Dual Nationality rights, one of which is for the countries named above. The applicants must have completed or be in their final year of secondary education in a school in which the education is equivalent to that of a Turkish Lycee

YÖS  EXAMINATION  CENTERS

 

Every year the Examination for Foreign Students (YÖS) was held in Ankara (Turkey) and out of Turkey at Tirana (Albania), Baku (Azerbaijan), Kabul (Afghanistan), Mezar-i Serif (Afghanistan), Nairobi (Kenya), Dacca (Bangladesh), Cairo (Egypt), Amman (Jordan), Almaty (Kazakhstan), Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Beirut (Lebanon), Skopje (Macedonia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Ulanbator (Mongolia), Islamabad (Pakistan), Kazan (Russian Federation), Damascus (Syria) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan) on the same date. The places where the examination will be held in 2006 will be given in the 2006 guide-booklet.

   YÖS (EXAMINATION FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS)

In Germany Gymnasium, Gesamtschule, Hauptschule, Realschule, Berufsschule, Höhere Handelschule or all the other country applicants must have completed or be in their final year of secondary education in a school in which the education is equivalent to that of a Turkish Lycée. Application Procedures and General Information Concerning the Examination

    This examination, referred to as YÖS, has been designed for foreign students wishing to study in Higher Education Institutions in Turkey and on the results of this examination they can apply to Turkish Institutions of Higher Education. This examination is prepared and administered by the Student Selection and Placement Centre (ÖSYM).

The results of this examination are applicable only for students wishing to enrol in undergraduate programmes. Students presently enrolled in undergraduate programmes who seek a transfer, and also those who wish to follow postgraduate programmes, should apply directly to the institutions of their choice.

All correspondence between ÖSYM and applicants will be in either English or Turkish.
